Sandra is certified by the American College of Sports Medicine and Aerobics & Fitness Association of America as a personal trainer and exercise leader.

She also holds group fitness certificates in yoga, pilates, spinning, and TRX suspension training. Sandra is an avid exerciser enjoying outdoor hiking, biking, and adventure travel.
